Objective
To research the comprehensive factors in spinal cord injury patients who discharged to their home. It also aimed to clarify whether factor is a predictable factor for returning to community in spinal cord injury patients.

Methods
One hundred forty-five spinal cord injury patients who had been discharged from our hospital from 2019-01-01 ~12-31 were included in the study. But one hundred twelve spinal cord injury patients were excluded because they discharged not their home but other hospital for other treatment or rehabilitation therapy. Only thirty-three patients, including one patient who discharged to nursing home, were enrolled finally. We reviewed their medical records which were admission/discharge note, social worker’s interview and medical evaluated outcomes.

Results
1. Under fifty-five in SCIM-III, care-givers of patients were all their families.
2. Occupation history was 95.2% except housewives and old patients over 65 years.
3. The patients grading as a AIS-C or D was 5.6 times more than others grading as a AIS A or B
4. About housing type, apartment and house were more than multi complex house which had ladder with no elevator.

Conclusion
The status of independent activity of daily living and family support are meaning ful factors in returning to home. The physical states such as ambulation, muscle power or evaluation parameters might be not absolute factors to discharge home.
